I am happy that I did not believe the bad reviews about this business. I went here today and found the business woman. She is tough as a businessperson but she is also friendly. I asked her about the bad reviews and asked her to write replies to the bad reviews but she said “she will not go low to the level of the people who give bad reviews to her business” I think the business is good, yes it’s priced than other places I know of but it’s easily accessible to me.

I bought an item and discovered at home that it was defective. I returned it. The Russian saleswoman was completely overwhelmed by the situation. She couldn't exchange it because it was part of a discount promotion. When I tried to explain this to her, she became increasingly loud. The whole situation was very uncomfortable, and the saleswoman's behavior was extremely embarrassing. I left the item there and just hung up. I will never go to that store again. I will contact management in writing and explain this embarrassing situation to them. I am absolutely furious about the behavior of such a terrible person.

Friendly, extensive product range, but I found it a bit annoying that the saleswoman was smoking right in front of the door, but that's more my problem.

The shopping experience is okay. The prices are a real shocker! - And that's a bad thing. 🔨🫰🏻💰 Comparable and/or the same goods are available much cheaper on their own website or elsewhere. - If you buy something here with a 50-70% discount, you're buying the actual retail price! ⚠️ The customer service is inconsistent. There were employees who were passionate about their work, but they seem to have left. What's left is a stifling atmosphere and nothing else. The work environment is cold, and you can feel it as a customer. At the checkout, you get a smile, but behind your back, things are really bad! You overhear quite a few private conversations between employees if you're upstairs and they forget you're there, or if you stay near the checkout. You hear things that are unbelievable! The way employees are treated is appalling. ‼️ I cannot recommend this product. 👎🏻
