QueerKAstle e.V.

QueerKAstle e.V. is an emerging queer community and cultural centre in Karlsruhe, being built up by volunteers at Liebigstraße 10-12 in the Weststadt. Conceived as an adult counterpart to the youth-focused La ViE, it aims to give the city a permanent queer centre for meet-ups, workshops, games evenings and cultural events. The project runs a busy programme of community gatherings even as the space is being finished, and its calendar of queer game nights, discussion evenings and social events is one of the most active in the city.
