Most importantly, it's clean and the staff is friendly. The building has its charm. It's a shame the elevator was broken, as the floors are quite high. The rooms are old, I'd guess from the 1980s, and some things don't seem to have been replaced since. Not a big deal, but not five stars either.

A classic hotel, a bit out of touch with the times.

The room is spacious and bright. But unfortunately, the whole hotel has seen better days. The floor is stained and the air is stuffy (or smells like doner kebab if you open the windows). Unfortunately, the elevator is out of order, which is a real problem when you have a room on the 4th floor. For €250 a night, that's quite a lot. But the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very large, but the elevator was broken – there was no prior notification, and it had been out of order for some time. This was a disgrace for people with disabilities. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast server, however, was a real shrew – very unfriendly and constantly yelling at the guests. She seemed completely overwhelmed in every respect.

A hotel in an excellent location. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are a bit dated. But that's not a problem for a short stay.

The hotel has a special charm, which I found particularly lovely in the lobby and at breakfast. Unfortunately, this charm eventually fades in the rooms. The elevator is quite old and jerky, which wasn't exactly comfortable. My single room was large but rather simply furnished. The bathroom also felt dated; the hairdryer barely gave off any warm air, and the lighting was dim. In conclusion: I loved the style downstairs, but it could be better implemented in the rooms (perhaps even without the carpet). In the evenings, you can order drinks in the lobby, but this has to be done by the reception staff, which might take a little longer.

It looks a bit RETRO, but it has a good atmosphere and is friendly. The room is clean, well-equipped, warm and they don't turn off the heating at night! I recommend it! It's a shame we only spend one night here!

On Monday, only the leftovers from Sunday were available – dried out and in small quantities. When I complained at reception, they suggested I leave a review, which I have now done.
