We spent a fantastic weekend at the Hotel Brunsfels in Mainz and were absolutely thrilled. The hotel's excellent design, which creates an incredibly inviting and cozy atmosphere, is immediately apparent upon entering. The entire team was exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional from check-in to departure. A real highlight: The minibar included The rooms are not only modern, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, but also offer a wonderful extra that is rare these days: The minibar is included in the room rate! It was a wonderful surprise to be able to return to our room after arrival or a long day exploring the city and simply help ourselves to a cold drink without any hidden extra charges. This immediately creates a feeling of genuine welcome and generosity. Breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired The extensive breakfast even exceeded our expectations. The selection is huge, incredibly fresh, and presented with great attention to detail. From first-class coffee specialties to a great selection of fresh bread and rolls, spreads, hot dishes, and healthy options like fresh fruit and muesli, everything was there. You can really take your time in the morning and start the day perfectly energized. Perfect location in the heart of Mainz The location is unbeatable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Mainz on foot. Especially convenient: It's wonderfully close to the pedestrian zone and the city's best shopping. You simply step outside and are in the middle of the action, with boutiques, shops, and cafés, in just a few minutes. Despite the central location, the room was pleasantly quiet. Conclusion: Hotel Brunsfels combines excellent service, great amenities like the minibar, a fantastic breakfast, and a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic! The offer with the secure underground parking is more than worthwhile considering the prices in Mainz. The rooms are lovely! The staff was incredibly friendly, from the lovely receptionist to the kitchen staff! Truly professional service! The plants add a nice touch! I love the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The old town is just a 2-minute walk away. I'd definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful and modern hotel with a very stylish design. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Really enjoyed the stay.

Beautifully renovated in Art Deco style. We traveled with a one-and-a-half-year-old toddler and it was no problem at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Do keep in mind that they have four charging points. Call in advance to reserve a hotel charging card.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday belatedly, and communication with the hotel was always very friendly and helpful from the start. We received a very warm welcome, and the hotel's design was inviting from the moment we arrived. It was chic, yet also exuded a warm atmosphere. It reminded me somewhat of English style, but with modern technology. Truly something special. What I would particularly like to emphasize is the friendliness of the entire team! Thank you so much for the chocolate surprise for my daughter. It was an unforgettable stay, and we will definitely be back. The breakfast and the bar were also fantastic. Special thanks to the reception team! Outstanding service! Thank you! P.S. And the air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly, which is often a problem in many hotels.

A truly fantastic hotel. Decorated in Art Deco, New York style, with a wonderful fragrance throughout the hotel and lobby, and large, spacious rooms. A great bar with delicious drinks in a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, a superb hotel with friendly staff. The location is good, and the city center is within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! Nice and clean room. Staffs are friendly and helpful! Free drinks in mini bars and each room has its own tea/coffee machine.
