They cancel the room even though you've paid, for no reason whatsoever.

Breakfast was good, with good variety Rooms - our room category was not available so they gave complementary upgrade Shuttle - good service from/to room Gym - horrible space, very small with 3 machines Lunch - food ok but takes a lot of time Staff - ok Overall wouldn’t say a 5 star hotel. Rather a 4.

A beautiful site with very welcoming staff. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation in Mykonos, Greece.

What I want to highlight about this hotel is the staff who attend to you everywhere: reception, housekeeping, drivers, and waiters both in the restaurant and on the beach. Their attitude is outstanding. The free minibus service to Mykonos is very convenient. The only downside is that it could use a little more maintenance, which is understandable given its location by the sea, though this is completely overshadowed by the surroundings and the flexibility and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!

They should re-rating this hotel and give it 3 stars; the water pressure is low, they take forever to clean the rooms, and the air conditioning doesn't work in the vans that take you up to the villas.

Visiting Greece & including Mykonos in the trip was the best thing we ever did as a family last week - and furthermore to have been so lucky to encounter the head honcho Property Manager Maria Kousathana, was the highlight at Arte & Mare's Luxury Villas & Suites on the private Elia Beach in Mykonos, Greece. Her sweet persona & charm saw us all the way through. Not only she assured us of our vegetarian breakfast & meal options but assisted me in making the right choice for stays in Athens, since it is a very busy place and in high-season things get booked pretty fast. I saw her in the mornings monitoring breakfast at 8 am, & she was answering my texts & calls even after 11pm after dinner for transfers back to the hotel and/or deserts... it's like she does not sleep at all! Works that hard for success and leads by example. Apart from the gorgeous 2 BR Villa we had booked, which came with a private jacuzzi and 2 shared pools with other Villa tennants, the service offered by the team was incredibly on-spot. All under the magnanimous lead; Maria Kousathana: the house keeping lead Valentine promptly showed us in and gave us all that we needed before even settling down: extra bottles of water, bath towels, moving stuff around our 2 BR Villa so that we are comfortable etc. Daily clean-ups and turn down service was refreshing. Even offered laundry at extra charge but on time...Since we were up on a mountain to get down to the restaurant or main registration offices - Drivers: Antony & Petros would be at our behest at the door on time and we also used them for transfers even to City locations and to & from the sea ports.. very reliable and honest - albeit may be a tad higher than local Ubers, but this you know, that the Hotel records where you're going and it maintains safety for the family. The breakfast lead Klairy - made sure after the first breakfast what your choices were, and delivered them to your table overlooking the Aegean Sea - pronto and with a huge smile filled with warmth. A musician herself, her choice of music selection in the background just rocked the breakfast buffet which had a gazillion items to select from to fill your palate and plates. A culinary delicacy to start your day with... O for the love of all that good & healthy food!!!!! The reception crew included a namesake Maria, Sam & Stefani... I believed never slept - having formed a chat group with us, they were on our beck and call for every question, request, and / or transfer booking. OMG,we have so much to learn from this team about service with a smile despite the scorching heat. Even here, I was repeatedly asked not to "thank them" as it is a part of their job & they are happy to see us happy....is that not incredible???? The taste of the Spa was rejoiceful with a 30 mins massage to unwind with. The private beach also has sports adventures owned by the Hotel - we indulged in ParaSailing, which was an experience to inhale and soak in. But don't fall for paying for the pics as they are shared in a useless manner - downloading one pic at a time when you have over 100+. They dont offer a thumb drive, & if you offer to pay for it, they want to double the price of the package. Not fair!!!! One of the more expensive islands, Mykonos, has some of the worlds best Sea Adventures, our unbelievable Private Catamaran Tour, Michelin Star Restaurants and so much more.... to Sea & do.. Kudos to Maria Kousathana - I have no clue what we would have done without her. Her confidence in my booking, endorsement of all my planned activities of the 3 day stay at the Villas and my excursions to and from the City... our girls even went clubbing with safety as downtown Mykonos comes alive with white lights on the saphire blue & bright white facade, beginning 1am and does not stop until the wee morning hours... I have no clue how they do it... Dance - food - sea adventures - sunrise and sunsets - the beautiful clear and aqua Aegean Sea - hospitality humbling you to its core - and smiles galore.. Mykonos at Arte & Mare Luxury Villas - just topped our icing with a cherry!!!

Great location, very attentive team who do everything to fulfill every wish. The rooms were spotless every day and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection! I highly recommend it to everyone 🥰

Expensive for a partial day on the beach. This place charges 70 euro ($81) for two sun loungers and an umbrella. Same price for two hours or all day. Princess Cruises sent us here, so beware! Also, don’t get the strawberry daiquiri, worst I’ve had in my life.

The property is perfectly located just a short walk from Elia Beach, making it very convenient. The hospitality was exceptional – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate me, my wife, and our two kids. We especially loved the breakfast area by the sea – the food was great and the view was beautiful. The receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

It's not a 5-star hotel; it's more in the 3-star tourist category, but with exorbitant prices. They try to charge you for everything, so be careful. The service is okay, nothing extraordinary. The beach is right across the street, but there are certain "conditions" for being there. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it.
