Exceptional location for visiting the center. Clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good quality restaurant with very reasonable prices. Problem: only one elevator, which can only accommodate two people at a time, too small for a five-story building. Parking is small and inconvenient. The rooms overlook the streets, and you can occasionally hear (if you leave the windows ajar) the planes taking off from the nearby airport. However, it's very central, just a few minutes' walk from all the important sights.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The room was quite small with a very small bathroom.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Basically it would be fine and would give the standard that its classification implies (3*), but……… - our group would have left earlier but 2, i.e. two minutes before the posted opening (7:30) they did not let us in, whoever went in was sent out of the restaurant! - upon returning home from the day trip we noticed that something was being done in the yard of the uninhabited house in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, young people around 20 years old (who later turned out to be illegal squatters) were putting together a ruin pub-like thing. After 9 pm the “music” started, which continued until 22:40. At that time I personally asked the reception to take action, because it is not possible to sleep with the doors closed. They promised to notify the local authority after 23:00, but nothing changed after that. Later the group leader also asked, but no action or change was taken. The noise stopped sometime before 3am, it was impossible to sleep until then. In the morning, upon our request, they gave us another room, but we had about 10 minutes to pack and bring our suitcases down. The handling of the above issues ruined the experience. The guest is always right!
