I have to give one star otherwise I can't write. Dirty place, filthy lockers, smelly bathrooms. In the basement, there's a dry sauna that's not always at the right temperature, as well as a Turkish bath that's smelly and dirty. The pool is always freezing, both summer and winter. The hot tub is dirty (hair and yellow foam floating in it). Overall, this is a sauna frequented by very, very old, if not elderly, people who are often very indiscreet and pedulant. The last few evenings organized to "relaunch the sauna" seemed too embarrassing to pay a compliment. The performers performed in the dim light with two makeshift mats placed between the showers and the two saunas... Gentlemen, be wary of this place, which in our opinion should be reported to ARCO (the association to which it belongs). Nothing works inside. The published closing times are not respected, and hygiene standards are lacking. I'm thinking of contacting the relevant authorities to carry out the necessary checks. The only regret is the potential of this place and its history... It needs more serious and professional people at the helm

I confirm Fabio Becchelli's review. I arrived at the sauna at 6:57 PM, after driving 40 km. Okay, I arrived, rang the bell twice, and to my surprise, the sauna was closed, despite the sign posted, and Google showing it as fully open. I'm speechless. I'd had a good time, but they've really screwed up here. It confirms the theory that if the sauna is empty, it closes early. Okay, that's logical, but what about someone who's coming from a different place like me? Then note the sign "1 PM until evening," so they can play around with the fact that they can close whenever they want.

This is the second sauna I've been to, but it's awful, small, expensive, and has four cats, all old. Showers in the basement, changing rooms upstairs, and ball dryers on the ground floor—you have to take turns getting ready. Raised floors, risk of falling. Disgusting, at least the staff was friendly.

I arrive on a Monday evening after work. 6:30 PM. They let me in as usual at the entrance. I undress, go to the bar, and get a drink; no one says anything to me. Then I go to the sauna and, seeing very little traffic, ask the customers present what time it would be open. They tell me that the place closes at 7:30 or 8 PM at the latest. So I go to the front desk and ask why no one had warned me, when I came in, that the place would close in an hour. It would have been a sensible gesture, at least. The guy at the cashier (with the quick retort of someone accustomed to defending himself from certain criticisms) replies: "No one's kicking you out." Meanwhile, the few customers were already leaving for the changing rooms, so, reluctantly, I head off to get dressed. In fact, everyone said that if I'd been left alone, they would have asked me to leave anyway. I find myself at the checkout after less than an hour, and when I protest again, they once again respond, "You can stay as long as you want," with the sneers of those who think they've won, since I was already dressed and would have left of my own accord. I point out that Google's opening hours indicated closing at 11:30 PM and the sauna at midnight, and they always come up with canned responses like "You're the one leaving, we're not kicking you out." Before leaving (everyone was leaving and would have made me leave very shortly anyway), I reiterate that they could have at least notified me when I entered, as has happened in the past at other places. Maybe I would have returned another time. Instead, when it came time to pay, they not only asked for the €20 entrance fee but also for the €4 drink (could they at least have discounted that as a gesture of conciliation?), with no discounts, no apologies, but instead a smile of "we ripped you off." Ancora non avete capito che i locali non guadagnano sul singolo ingresso ma sulla clientela soddisfatta, fidelizzata e che genera un passaparola positivo. A mai più.

Hi, we were there for the first time and we'll be back. The owners were friendly and helpful. I had a great time. We'll definitely be back next Sunday, and we'll be back in the future.

Do not go to this sauna at all, it is a waste of time and money. We arrived at the sauna before seven o'clock on Saturday, March 15. We were told that the sauna closes at eight o'clock. When I asked why Google states the closing time at 23:30 and their own website even at midnight they told us in broken English that this information is wrong. In my opinion they are just lazy liars who close according to their mood. It cost us 50 euros for a taxi there and back and more than an hour of time. Do not go there!

Dirty old, poorly maintained, disgusting, but they charge a fortune and are expensive to demolish.

Saturday afternoons, from around 2:30-3:00 PM, are the busiest. Especially for mature adults.
