Azione Gay e Lesbica is one of Florence's oldest LGBTQ+ associations, active since 1989. It maintains a large documentation and library centre, runs an anti-discrimination and anti-violence help desk, and takes part in organising the regional Toscana Pride. A long-standing pillar of the city's queer activism, it is a good resource for cultural events and community support.
