An extremely positive experience. The hotel is located just steps from Milan's central station. The atmosphere is very clean and well-maintained. The room was bright and had a comfortable double bed. Very clean and reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the reception staff, who were polite, kind, courteous, and smiling. I asked for information and they were immediately available. Highly recommended, with a well-deserved 5-star rating. Congratulations to the entire staff. I will gladly return. Thank you for everything from Genoa. We stayed at this hotel for one night, mainly because of its convenient location close to Central Station. The room was decent: clean, with a comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. Nothing particularly special, but perfectly fine for a short stay. The main issue was the excessive heat in the room. We mentioned it to the front desk and asked if it would be possible to get a fan. Instead, we were told that they had increased the airflow in the room, but unfortunately it made very little difference. The room remained uncomfortably warm, and as a result, we struggled to sleep throughout the night. It’s a shame, because the location is excellent, but the lack of a comfortable room temperature had a significant impact on our stay.

I had just one day to visit Milan on my recent trip to Italy and am very happy I picked Spice! Staff is friendly and helpful, the location is super convenient being right near the train station, there's banks within a 4 minute walk so you can withdraw euros without a ton of added fees, good food spots nearby as well. The room was modern and cool and had a fresh vibe. Loved this hotel!
