I stumbled upon Chez Moi Rome - Cocktail & Lounge Bar almost by chance, while strolling near the Spanish Steps, and I have to say that the experience was overall interesting, albeit with some ups and downs. As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed the atmosphere: the place is very elegant, with attention to detail and a modern design that makes it perfect for a slightly more sophisticated evening than usual. It truly exudes the atmosphere of a high-end cocktail bar, thanks in part to the music and, occasionally, live music. I tried a couple of cocktails recommended by the bartender, and I have to say that the quality is evident: well-balanced, original, and carefully prepared. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, even willing to explain what I was drinking, which I greatly appreciated. That said, not everything is perfect: the prices are quite high, but considering the area, that's understandable. Rather, I had the impression that the service wasn't always impeccable—at times a bit slow or distracted—and this clashes somewhat with the elegant image of the place. Overall, I would recommend it especially for a quiet evening, perhaps as a couple or with friends, if you want a good drink in a refined atmosphere. It's not your typical cheap bar to stop in for a quick bite, but rather a place to enjoy at a leisurely pace. Would I return? Yes, but more for the atmosphere and the cocktails than the service.
