Its my favourite Club, as a lgbt person, I love it it’s nice to make friends and meet new people!

Too overcrowded. No space to move at all. Rude staff. Average music, and definitely not a queer club.

It was a rainy Monday evening. So quite calm. I had a good impression overall. I could have been better welcomed by the barman since I was there alone, but ok.

**"London Pub" — Oslo's Mystery Maths Lab disguised as a bar ⭐ (1/5)** Ah, the London Pub. A "gay-friendly" establishment, mind you — NOT a gay bar, heaven forbid you confuse the two. You'll know you've arrived when the rainbow flag greets you from outside, prompting the universal tourist reaction: "Wow 😲, how progressive, how cosmopolitan, how Scandinavian." Spoiler: the only thing being celebrated here is *aggressive markup*. I walked in, charmed. I walked out, audited. **Round one:** A beer. 98 kr. Fine, this is Oslo, where oxygen costs 40 kr and eye contact is 25 kr extra. **Round two:** The exact same beer. Same glass. Same bartender. Same tap, presumably still connected to the same barrel that existed seven minutes ago. Price? **116 kr.** I blinked. I checked the menu. I checked my passport. I checked the laws of thermodynamics. Nothing had changed except, apparently, the global economy had collapsed and recovered in the span of one toilet break. No explanation. No "happy hour just ended," no "inflation is real, sweetie," no "the beer gained sentience and demanded a raise." Just a polite shrug and the silent confidence of a place that knows you're a tourist and you've already taken off your jacket. By round three, I assume the beer would cost 134 kr, a kidney, and a heartfelt apology to King Harald. The flag outside says *welcome*. The receipt says *gotcha*. Would I return? Only if I want to fund someone's yacht one øre at a time. Skål, and goodbye forever. 🏳️‍🌈💸

I'd say on a good day here, London is at 4-5 stars. However the experience is so unpredictable, that I can't say I'd recommend going here. Sometimes I've gotten bartenders that are nice, funny and very professional, but other times (especially last visit) I got a bartender who: Mocked me / made fun of me out loud for a disability (seriously, I've never before been so tempted to ask for a manager immediately. Absolutely uncalled for and disgusting behaviour) Rolled her eyes every time you asked for anything other than a beer from the tap Ignored me while I was trying to get a drink (but didn't ignore others, so to me it seemed very obviously because of the previous mocking of my disability) And didn't bother cleaning the mixing equipment (measuring jug), so my rum and coke had a very noticeable and unpleasant taste of gin from the gin and tonic the person before me ordered. Apart from the very unprofessional and downright horrible bartenders, some of the guests here are incredibly unpleasant to be around. Both old and young people who push themselves into conversations and groups, or try to "friendly teach you" pool/billiards by either grinding themselves against you out of nowhere, or angrily complaining that you're not following their specific rules, even though they're a spectator. They'll also suddenly get verbally aggressive if you're a group playing pool, demanding to play next even though parts of your group is still in line with pool tokens, and haven't played yet.

Amazing pub! I was just a little surprised by the beer prices between each station. I paid two different prices for the same type of beer, despite tipping 5% on both.

I came on a Wednesday night around 9:00, hoping for music and dancing. I got a drink at the bar, it was well made. They were having trivia at that time and it was a packed house, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. The decor was cozy and interesting. I sat outside and finished my drink before finding a different place.

We went on a Sunday at 9 pm. There weren't many people. The music wasn't very upbeat. That day the audience was mostly middle-aged men.
