Helseutvalget (Gay and Lesbian Health Norway) is a national LGBTQ+ health organisation founded in 1983 during the HIV epidemic. It runs the free "Sjekkpunkt" sexual-health testing service and the Skeivchat support line, and works on sexual health and wellbeing for queer communities. Its Oslo office is at Arbeidersamfunnets plass 1, near Torggata.
