The room is fine, the shower average, the breakfast is good, but if you book an evening meal with the room, the choice is very limited for the price, and the service particularly unfriendly. Furthermore, I don't appreciate being expected to leave at noon, when I have paid for a late checkout until 5pm! The response here doesn't address the issues. Rather than say you seem sorry and that they don't meet the expected standard, you should ensure that these issues are never likely to exist
The hotel is very quiet, perfect for families. It may not be super fancy, but it offers a fair price for the services provided. A huge plus is the cleanliness. The breakfasts are also quite delicious, with something for everyone. The only drawback is the rooms lacking air conditioning, so if you experience a heatwave, it might be uncomfortable. I should also add that it has excellent connections to the Old Town. A tram will take you to the Old Town in less than 15 minutes. If you don't like hotel breakfasts, you can try the restaurants in nearby Śródka, which serve delicious food.

I highly recommend it. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean. The staff is very professional and very helpful. Especially Marlena from the afternoon shift. She's a lovely person! Always helpful!
