A very nice hotel with beautiful, quiet, and spacious rooms. One star is deducted for the breakfast and dinner. €17 for frozen pizza is outrageous. The service in the restaurant is a disaster. Orders are either not brought or only arrive after several requests.

We had one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was excellent. The hotel has everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay: beautiful facilities, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to a young lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. She mostly work in the afternoon. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Her positive attitude and amazing energy made a real difference to our stay, and she went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. We’d also like to mention the gentleman who worked at the entrance and helped transport guests to the beach. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always greeted everyone with a smile. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. The entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and their attention to detail was outstanding. It’s clear that everyone works hard to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portugal. Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel pool is like a zoo. It is clearly used by the English parents to let their kids run off steam After school. I’m so disappointed

My pregnant girlfriend and I had an amazing stay with everything we could have wished for. We will definitely come back soon! Special thanks to Francisco (DM), Madalena Lourenço (Rec), Catarina and Natã (bar), the very lovely and helpful housekeepers, the breakfast host who was very supportive during my wife's pregnancy (she also has a 6-year-old son), and the masseuse who took such good care of my wife that she fell asleep (we forgot her name) on June 16th at 11:15 am. For dinner, we stayed at the restaurant and were very well taken care of by very kind waiters. I wish you all the best and thank you for taking such good care of my princess and me. Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Costa Caparica. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and beautiful ocean views. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway near the beach while still being close to Lisbon. Highly recommended!

The 4-hour bachelorette party experience includes access to the pools and brunch. Friendly staff, welcoming space. Friendly spa staff. Spa staff were not very helpful. They saw a group of 7 women at a bachelorette party taking selfies and didn't offer to take a picture, but at brunch the staff member offered to take a picture.

Stupid and unhelpful staff who are unable to solve any problem.

Great stay. The area was nice and within walking distance to a grocery store which was helpful as we had a kitchen. I would recommend bringing your own pan. Dinner in the restaurant was tolerable but I preferred other options. Staff : Jocelyn - she went out of her way to make sure I had gluten free bread and muffins every morning. I could see how busy she was but she was undeterred in making sure everyone was comfortable. Amazing person ! Also thanks to Andre for his care and attention for our stay. He made sure to mention our anniversary and even prepared a gift. Also thanks to Rita for her kindness and detailed information at the front desk.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a training course. The rooms and the food were excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the housekeeping staff’s work ethic and loyalty. I left my charger behind and the housekeeping staff took it for themselves. Despite reporting it within 24 hours of checking out, nobody admitted to having taken the charger. A real shame. That’s why I’m only giving it 2 stars.
