Villa 3 Caparica markets itself as a gay beach resort and is a dedicated LGBTQ+ guesthouse, aimed mainly at gay men, in Charneca de Caparica on the south bank of the Tagus. Reviews average 4.7 from about 300 guests. The draw is the coastline: the long Costa da Caparica beaches run south from here, and Praia 19, the area's well-known gay nudist beach, is reachable by car or the seasonal beach train. Lisbon is about 30 to 40 minutes by car across the 25 de Abril bridge, longer at rush hour. A car makes this location much easier.

I didn't stay there, but I had a lovely afternoon enjoying the naturist experience. It's a simply spectacular space for the gay community, where the owners are lovely and friendly people. If you like naturism, it's an ideal place to spend a great afternoon in the capital!
