Lisbon Bear Pride

Lisbon Bear Pride is a week of bear events in Lisbon each May. Bear World Magazine says it has run every year since 2012. The people behind Bar TR3S run it, and Bear World says they also own and run the Villa 3 Caparica hotel that hosts the week.

The week is split between the beach and the city. Days are spent at pool parties and events at Villa 3 Caparica on the Costa da Caparica, across the Tagus. At night the parties move to Bar TR3S in central Lisbon, Finalmente Club for late shows and dancing, and XXL Lisbon for a Thursday cruising party. Recent programmes have had a steam and sauna party, a Bearbecue and a leather and fetish night. The week ends with the Mr. Lisbon Bear Pride election. Passes come as full week, weekend or single event. To reach Caparica, take the ferry from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas and then a bus, or drive across the 25 de Abril bridge.

The 2026 edition was in late May. Guides list 24 to 31 May, but we couldn't confirm the exact days with the organiser. The official site has announced 24 to 30 May 2027.
