If the hotel blew us away… the spa was just as amazing. Seriously, another absolute 10 out of 10. ✨ It's a super complete and very well-designed spa. It has a ton of areas, and each one surprises you more than the last: 🚿 3-station shower → goes from hot, to ice-cold, and back to hot again (a literal experience) 💦 Showers with jets at different heights and intensities, for your back, legs, neck… incredible ♨️ Large heated pool with different jets and zones, perfect for relaxing 🔥 Sauna and Turkish bath 🌀 2 jacuzzis ❄️ 10-degree water bucket, ideal for stimulating circulation (intense but wonderful) 💧 Refrigerator with bottled water and natural juices, for you to help yourself whenever you want Everything is very clean, very well-maintained, and with an ambiance that makes you disconnect in two minutes. Plus, the staff is delightful. The reception staff were incredibly friendly; they changed our time without any problem, and booking was a breeze. They make everything so, so simple, which is so appreciated. They also have many services and treatments that looked amazing (although we only did the spa this time, but we've added it to our list for next time 👀✨). We would definitely go back. 100% recommended. 💙

November 1, 2025. Third visit. We simply love it more each time we go. We were there for the second time on June 23, 2025. Clean and new facilities, very attentive and friendly staff, particularly Patricia González who helped us at reception. An hour and a half of complete relaxation and disconnection that leaves you recharged and feeling brand new. The only downside is that you always leave feeling sad because you're already longing to return. Thank you so much!

An unforgettable experience, a paradise—its name says it all. A haven of well-being, I highly recommend it. Impeccable service, lovely staff... I will definitely return.

I visited this spa and was truly satisfied. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, and every detail of the service I had booked was explained to me. The place is clean, tidy, and has a tranquil atmosphere that helps you relax immediately. The massage was excellent: the therapist asked about my needs and areas of tension beforehand, and their professionalism was evident throughout the session. I felt like I was receiving personalized attention, not like I was getting a standard, mass-produced service. What I liked most was the attention to detail: the facilities are well-maintained, the room temperature was perfect, and everything looked hygienic, which gave me a lot of confidence.

They take care of the details, and the treatment is perfect.
