We had a problem with the coffee maker and the microwave.
We stay at Apart Hotel Recoletos Serrano every time we visit Madrid and always return because we find it an excellent option. It's the perfect blend of an apartment and a hotel: it has all the practicality of an apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, and a refrigerator, ideal for organizing meals with complete ease; but at the same time, it offers the services of a hotel, with daily room cleaning and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it has a pleasant lounge with vending machines for drinks and snacks, and very comfortable armchairs for relaxing or waiting. For us, the location is the best in Madrid: surrounded by shops, bars, and trendy spots, with all amenities nearby and very well connected to the main tourist areas. It's comfortable, practical accommodation with an unbeatable location. Without a doubt, it's a win-win situation, which is why we continue to choose it year after year.
