UMusic Hotel Madrid

Our check-in was at 3:00 pm, but we arrived at 7:00 am, planning to drop off our things and return later. There was availability, and they offered us the room from 7:00 am, which was not only appreciated but truly rewarded. Everything else was excellent: great service, and the room was spotless. Highly recommended.

Great location on a quieter street right between Plaza Mayor and Puerta Sol. We stayed in a terrace room for three nights. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Good-sized tub and a well-stocked minibar. The terrace was HUGE - I definitely recommend. The a/c stayed super-cold and the pool was quiet our entire visit. Really great value for a 5* but I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a luxury hotel.

Super modern & vibey hotel, with lots of amenities. Stayed one night on a last minute booking. In the city center, so everything a close walk. In the rooms Showers and water pressure was outstanding (prolly best ever experienced). Everything clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal with every spread you can ask for. Great rooftop with included free drinks. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Will come back!

The only downside was the small room and the bathroom, which was divided into three sections. Everything else: the service, breakfast, cleanliness, and location – perfect!

What sets this hotel apart isn't just its offerings—music, design, cuisine—but its team. The Guest Experience department, in particular, operates with an attention to detail that is truly rare. It's clear that these are people who take their work seriously and understand what it means to make a guest feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great and the staff very friendly. Breakfast is also very good with a wide selection and quality food. The pool is really nice and the poolside bar is fantastic. The rooms are very nice with a pool and shower. However, a major drawback is that these rooms are very poorly soundproofed, and on weekends it's impossible to sleep before 5 a.m. (you can hear people partying, shouting, etc.). During the week, with the construction work, it's the same problem, and in the evenings you hear people shouting as they come back from a night out. In short, a rather paradoxical hotel: great for a daytime stay but not for sleeping.

There are no words to say how much we love coming at Umusic hotel. Our favourite place to stay when in Madrid. Big thumbs up for Eduardo, Alejandro and all the staffs from concierge to room service, receptions, waiters and pianists. They make our stays unforgettable and we feel part of the family. A terrace with spectacular views, ideal for hotel guests to have a drink.

A delightful hotel with a wonderful team, top-notch and high-quality service. A distinguished Piano Bar, a pleasant Terrace Bar. Breakfast is delicious and excellent. The rooms are adequate, although not large.

We saw the musical Cabaret there. The venue is wonderful. The musical even unfolds among the audience. It's unlike any other musical I've seen. I highly recommend it!
