Nice staff. Good access to public transport. Breakfast had everything I wanted

Best Western when it's Best Western. And most importantly, there are only a few parking spaces available at the hotel and there are virtually no other parking spaces in the area where you are legally allowed to stay overnight. But there is good accessibility to public transport. The service on site was actually really good (reception), but I found it strange that the room was not cleaned the days we were there. In addition, there were used coffee cups with old leftovers in the room. The cleaning could really use an upgrade. The breakfast is not special. It is only ok. The coffee is terrible and they are incredibly slow to refill, despite the fact that they have almost no breakfast products in the buffet. We also tried dinner. It was again, no more than ok. Both their pasta dishes and pizzas lacked salt. Coffee and water are free on site. And their roof terrace and spa area are really cozy.

Good service, hotel and staff. Unfortunately the AC was not working, which other guests have also mentioned. 25°C in the room.

Stayed over through the company. Nice modern rooms but the cleaning was poor. Hair in the towels, missed putting glasses and mugs and full bins at check-in. When I pointed this out, they said at the reception that I could put the bin out and that they would be emptied as time permits(?) I also didn't get an apology for missing it. Got new towels even the ones with hair in them. Cold food at breakfast and dry vegetables. Will be another hotel in the future.

We didn't have a good stay. It's not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. They don't have cleaning staff on duty, so the facilities are dirty. The rooms aren't cleaned every day, and the towels aren't changed frequently. Furthermore, the rooms don't have mini-fridges, so I had to leave some medication that needed refrigeration at reception. They misplaced it, first putting it in a drawer and then in the freezer. A real disaster. They're also inattentive to guests. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
