Disaster hotel. Here is a hotel that really does not reinvest in its business but lives in a "central location" the toilet is loose, responsive, old and worn interior, very high bed (terrified that the child will fall down from such a high bed) where the other partner feels every movement you make as if it were a water bed. No AC, smells terrible in the morning in the corridor when they fried bacon. The loan umbrella was gone. The list can be made long.
Beautiful sauna, nice view… but the walls were thinner than a Basic-Fit gym mat. 😭 I thought I was hearing a romantic Scandinavian movie, but it turned out room 204 just had full surround sound. Privacy literally got 1 star there — even the reindeer outside knew what was going on. 🫎💀
Excellent welcome. Spacious room, quality buffet
Cozy and personally decorated hotel. However, a little worn and things were broken here and there. (Door handles that fell off, toilet seats that fell off, lamps that didn't work, fold-out bunk bed that wasn't assembled securely.) Would have given a much higher rating if everyone at the reception had treated us equally nicely. It also turned out that six people from our booking had been lost in the hotel's own booking system. Fortunately, this was sorted out before our arrival, so there was both space, beds and rooms for all of us. And without any extra cost as was first suggested. The hotel was very affordable if you checked out offers in different ways and at different times, and like me, jumped at the chance when you were suddenly offered a 3000 SEK better price. It was also perfectly located. Close to both the travel center, attractions and shops in the city center. If you want to stroll around cozy walking paths, it is recommended to seek out the alleys at Knäppingsborg, and to walk near the Museum of Work. The so-called "Iron."
For a 3-star hotel, it's a 3-star hotel. It needs some updating. The location is okay, as it's close to the city center. However, you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. The price is low, and the standard is also good.
