Didn't like it. Cheap and the bed was good. Parking close by

Super nice hotel with even better service staff. Stayed 4 weeks on different occasions and all times the staff were super nice and helpful. I could never enjoy the breakfast at the hotel because of work but, got a box of breakfast to take with me every morning. Fantastic! The only minus was that in one room the shower in the bathroom was a bit too small and in another room the bathroom door hung crooked and it cost a bit to close it. The fact that the hotel is very central is a plus. Many restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for one night; the room was quite large, but it didn't quite match the photos on Booking. The room was a mix of modern and antique styles, which I didn't think was particularly good. Overall, it was fine for a night's sleep and very quiet. We chose it both for its location and for the parking (which was excessively expensive, almost €18, if I'm not mistaken). The parking lot was a bit scary; it looked like a maze of doors leading back to the room. My advice would be to put signs on the doors explaining how to get there, since the parking lot is used by all the residents in the building. We enjoyed the breakfast; there was little choice, but it was all good.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures on the website and on Booking do not match reality at all – it feels like two completely different hotels. The rooms and the environment looked completely different than what was promised, which feels very misleading. I was treated badly and they told me to leave the hotel. No compensation or replacement was offered. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed in Norköpping for one night and chose this hotel. We liked that it had a parking garage. The entrance was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning or fly screens. But there was a fan in the room. Everything was very thin and a bit dated. I don't want to know what those stains on the bed frame were. The flickering light is not for epileptics. Breakfast was good. Acceptable for passing through. The service and location were also good. It was worth the experience.
