Visitors frequently praise the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the good breakfast and convenient location. However, a common complaint is the inconsistent room conditions, with some rooms experiencing issues like loud ventilation, poor bathroom functionality, and lack of air conditioning leading to warmth.

One of the rooms is spacious and clean, the other is small and has a view directly onto the wall of another house. Service is slow, had to ask for cleaning help a couple of times. Location is a bit off the beaten track. Breakfast is average.

Very nice cozy corridors, friendly staff, perfect location with good parking facilities, good fresh breakfast, missing the fruits though, stiff cream for the pancakes Nice little home gym but the treadmill is unfortunately very outdated and makes a lot of noise. Small sink in the toilet and no hanging hooks, sensitive - extremely poorly insulated corridor doors sound like the door is open when someone in the corridor is talking, should fix the water pipes coming from the ceiling before there is a moisture problem as it is wooden.

There was a mistake in the booking when they missed that we were bringing a dog but they solved it by changing to a smaller and pet-friendly room which is good, however we had to pay a fee for the dog even though we had already changed. When we got to the room we were met with incredibly stained walls, stained curtains, a torn bed, dust mites, sticky stains on the toilet seat and a generally unsightly shower. The staff felt unprofessional and you got the experience of a playhouse. The area around felt like a slum but a big plus that the police station was a stone's throw away. This is not a hotel we will visit again and recommend others to check it out.

Great rooms, genuine service and a great location! Helpful staff who go the extra mile❤️ Will go back to Norrköping, just to disconnect from the big city at home and to relax at Hotel Nordic☺️
