Vespia Hotel

The hotel is great and fit for purpose. However, the staff at the reception hardly lift an eyelid when they see you! The don’t tell anything about the hotel facilities-We had to learn by ourselves that there is a very nice open buffet like area which opens from 13:00 to 21:00 hrs. On arrival we had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the food was abysmal (the pizza base was definitely pre frozen, the beef sprinkled on the pizza was probably cooked few days ago). The room cleaning staff are great. I would have give the hotel top score had it not been for the indifferent attitude of the reception staff.

I’m on day two of a 3-night, 4-day stay, and I’m honestly very satisfied so far. The location is super convenient, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easy. One of the best surprises is the buffet/lounge on the first floor, open from 1 PM to 9 PM. It’s stocked with a great selection of snacks, desserts, and drinks, and the quality is better than expected. It’s perfect for taking a break after a busy day without having to go out again. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly and helpful. I come to Istanbul every year for an event, and based on this experience, I can easily see myself staying here again next year.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I stayed there for more than a week, and the staff were very respectful and helpful. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. There is a bus and metro station in front of the hotel, which makes transportation easy. The rooms are soundproof, and that was very important to me. When I asked to change my room to another floor, they kindly agreed and helped me. Overall, I had a great experience at this very clean hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff.

It was a great experience at vespia. Hotel is generally clean. The service of Mr. Mohammed at the front desk is exceptional! He was extremely helpful in getting us what we need at the hotel. There is a very generous assortment of snacks and drinks in the lobby for all guests from 1pm to 9pm which kept us happy whenever passing through the lobby. I definitely would recommend the hotel to anyone. The themes on every floor are very interesting. There's a marvel theme in the lobby and a military tanks theme on the 3rd floor. Generally, it is a great place to stay in.
