Vespia Hotel

I stayed in room 1313 after arriving from a flight as a pilot. The hotel manager approved my IBAN payment because my bank card had been swallowed by an ATM. Despite this, receptionist Aylin repeatedly harassed me about the payment. She demanded I leave personal belongings as “security,” even though the manager had already approved my payment. She blocked access to my room multiple times while all my belongings were inside, threatened to take my personal items if I didn’t do what she said, and constantly called and disturbed me even waking me up early in the morning. The manager later confirmed that what she did was not allowed. Throughout my stay I was treated with disrespect, intimidation, and constant harassment instead of hospitality. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they want to risk being treated the same way.

A very cozy and quiet hotel. A great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into every aspect. If you're looking for peace and quiet in the bustling city of Istanbul, it's a fantastic hotel to unwind. Every single detail and exhibit that truly makes the hotel special is enchanting. The lobby buffet, which is complimentary for hotel guests, is wonderful.

My wife and I chose Vespia Hotel for our stay and truly had an experience far exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The reception staff were extremely professional, helpful, and solution-oriented. Our room was spotlessly clean, with modern and stylish decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed in the room was perfectly provided. They are very meticulous about cleanliness, which gave us great confidence throughout our stay. The breakfast was quite rich and delicious. The freshness and variety of the products pleased us greatly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel offers both a peaceful and high-quality environment. It was a wonderful choice for relaxing after a busy week. The location is also very advantageous. It's easily accessible, and there are many points of interest nearby. Considering the price/performance ratio, you definitely get more than your money's worth. We would like to thank everyone involved, especially all the hotel staff. My wife and I created many beautiful memories. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. 👏😊🏨

This hotel has a fantastic concept. Room service and restaurant service were excellent. The breakfast was extremely extensive. There's a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. There's also an extra massage parlor. A minimum stay of two days is a must! 😂

Well what a great stay ,there wasn’t any mistake while being there ,the staff,the reciption specaily mohammad who was an reciption employee,he treated us like the hotel is from home to home ,even the breakfast was great ,they have many options that you can choose from ,and i couldn’t miss the rooms,it was sensational ,like the bed was clean and comfy, the view was great and they even gave us snacks every day without paying a single penny! Actually,We would like to thank the staff for there’s help and support and being nice to us and finaly,if you would like to have a great stay that you wouldn’t miss again, you should go there ,its hard to see hotels that have service and everything like this hotel now a days, so i wish you go there and you will hesitate about going there again
