A very good hotel, very welcoming staff.

We stayed for a week during Eid al-Adha. The room we stayed in was a 1+1 concept and included a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, etc. We liked it. The staff were friendly. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

A great friendly place

The hotel was ok, but the room was poorly cleaned. The price was quite high.

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were very friendly. However, we were told that cleaning would be done on our second day, as we weren't told this upon arrival. We would have been very uncomfortable if they had cleaned our room without us being there. Apart from that, we were satisfied and would likely choose to stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend with my family, we booked 3 rooms, the rooms were nice and clean, the kitchenware was adequate, the staff were attentive, we were satisfied. In terms of location, it was close to the places we wanted to go, it was a quiet and peaceful hotel, I would choose this hotel again if I came to Istanbul.

An incredible stay from start to finish. The owners clearly put a lot of love and charm into what they do, and it shows in every detail. The front desk team — Alex, Celcuk, and Mubarak — were consistently kind and helpful, and the two women who cleaned the room did so with such care and grace. The Turkish breakfast is generous (borderline overwhelming, in a good way), and the overall environment is warm and inviting. Location is a huge plus. You’re right near Taksim, but tucked away in a quieter corner (Cihangir), which makes it feel like the perfect balance. The only minor issue was the internet, which was a bit inconsistent during my stay — though I didn’t mention it at the time, so I didn’t give them a chance to address it. Other than that, a genuinely excellent experience. Highly recommend.

We were incredibly pleased with our stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were both very clean and quite stylish and comfortable. We felt right at home. It's a wonderful place we would definitely choose again and wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

We stayed here as a family during the holiday. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the location, and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. The price was also very reasonable. It's a great value for money place. I will definitely choose it again for my next stay.

Pros: 1. Due to the recent wars in the Middle East, our flight and accommodation arrangements were disrupted. The front desk staff patiently helped us obtain the receipts needed for insurance. 2. The breakfast was quite good. 3. For a new city area, the location is excellent, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's very close to Istiklal Street. 4. Airport transfers were well arranged. 5. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were excellent. Cons: 1. The soundproofing at the main entrance is poor; you can hear footsteps in the hallway. 2. Shower water leaks near the toilet, and because the floor is tiled, it's very slippery.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment, which was very convenient with a washing machine and kitchen, and the location was also great 👍. I could communicate with the landlord promptly if I had any questions, so it was a very pleasant experience.
