A deluxe room costs 4000 with a view, I'm ashamed to ask what it's for? To the trash! A room with old furniture. But that's not what it was for. A hotel, for a minute, a 4-star hotel that requires cosmetics. They have shower caps as cosmetics!! And that's it! When I called the reception, they told me to wash myself and wash my hair with soap that hangs near the sink. And what should it look like? There are more decent hotels in Dnipro. Don't set foot here again!

Nice hotel. I liked the check-in - fast, without delays. The room was on the 7th floor, without a balcony but huge. Everything is there. Delicious simple cuisine. Breakfast is a bit unusual. I didn't like it. There is not enough coffee machine. I was here on a business trip, I arrived by car. There is a closed parking lot. It is convenient.

We stayed in a two-room Suite (for 4000 UAH/day) in August in the heat. The bedroom is large and spacious, but there is a loud refrigerator in the bedroom that kept us awake at night and a complete nonsense - an air conditioner above the bed. You can't open the window at night because it's loud from the railway and you can't use the air conditioner because it hangs on the left above the bed... the heat in the room was like a dream. When we booked the room, they said on the phone that the air conditioner was in the second room (but we didn't find it there), the purpose of which I never understood, because apart from a small sofa, a small round table and a TV in the room there was nothing else and the area of ​​the room was up to 7 sq m. Maybe they booked us a different room, not the one they promised, because I saw other rooms on the website. Why a refrigerator in the bedroom when there is another room just for it. As already written in another review, a hotel without a soul, who designed the rooms like this?.. The breakfast buffet was also a bit of a letdown, we arrived at 8.45, and there was nothing to eat. True, they quickly made us an omelet and personally brought us sliced ​​meat and cheese and a casserole. The coffee is not tasty, from an old coffee machine. The hotel is located near an industrial zone and some kind of railway depot, there is nowhere to walk, you have to walk or drive to decent cafes and restaurants. The main plus of the hotel is cleanliness, they cleaned well. The staff may not be completely qualified, but they are polite. The price for the hotel is very high. Unfortunately, the hotel has no competitors on the left bank. The Suite room does not correspond to its category, accordingly the price should be 25 percent lower.

A story about the magic of the morning. I felt bad, so I got up a little later than I should have, took a shower (hot water, soft towels, great). I go down for breakfast and… at 08:40 the buffet line is already empty. I jokingly asked if they had left anything for me (the receptionist warned that breakfast is 07:00-10:00). They answered me, “well, a lot of people ate, so can we fry you eggs? Fry them or not? Yes? So which one do you want?” I froze a little from this question and just asked for an omelet. Too bad I didn’t specify that it was supposed to be without the shell. I sighed. It happens, I think. But then, in the elevator, a maid (most likely) ran straight into me, to whom I said, “thank you, you took me to the 6th floor. Now I’ll go to the sixth floor to ride.” And a bunch of other dissatisfactions addressed to me. it happened because the elevator from the 1st floor took me to the 6th floor instead of -1. I even apologized for that because I didn't know how to program the buttons. I accept people with any of their cockroaches and I just didn't have the strength to start a scandal. But what the hell was that anyway?

We liked it!😊 friendly staff, very clean. Delicious breakfasts, very beautiful exquisite presentation🤩 The location is convenient: by public transport without transfers from the station, a direct trolleybus. Thank you!

The hotel seems new, so I didn't want to look for cons. The rooms are huge, so it's cold, but everything is kind of pointless, without soul. It doesn't leave a very good impression. The mattress is uncomfortable, the pillow is worn out. The location is complete crap - you can hear the trains whistling, and when you get out, there's a path of trash leading to the road. There's nowhere to walk. There's no soundproofing - you can hear the water running in the next room. You can hear some technical noises. The plus is the large parking lot with tons of spaces - this is understandable since the hotel is in a remote location and not in demand. It makes you want to leave quickly and never come back.

I liked the hotel, it is clean, cozy, and conveniently located. The staff is polite and pleasant. The breakfasts are delicious, beautifully presented. Thank you to the chefs and the hotel staff. If I need to stay somewhere, I will choose this hotel exclusively.

The hotel location is probably the worst. It's better not to look out the window. The room is clean, there are no smells, no traces of wear. I would like such cleaning at home. But the restaurant disappointed. Breakfast had cheese with traces of mold, a sad salad and a discrepancy with the name. Eggs Benedict is a hollandaise sauce, not what you pour on top. The plate was dirty. The cook spoke Russian.
