I conducted the training in the conference room of the Zagrava Hotel and was very satisfied with the conditions and support of the team. For me as a trainer, it was important that the hall had enough space not only for working at the tables, but also for active exercises and movements. The convenient location of the screen, the presence of a convenient microphone and a clicker made the work much easier. I would like to separately note the ability to adjust the curtains and lighting. This made it easy to adapt the space to different work formats. The presentation is clearly visible when the sun is shining, which is very important during training. I was also pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning system: the hall had a comfortable temperature, but without a strong flow of cold air, which often creates discomfort for participants. And, of course, special thanks to Yulia and Oleksandr. They were always there, helped with organizational issues, responded quickly to requests and created a feeling that they really care about you and your event. Thank you for the comfortable space and excellent support. It is these details that make training easy and enjoyable.
The gym is generally not bad, but the price is a bit high for this level. The trainer, Sergey, is a plus. He's very attentive, always helpful, and offers technique advice. You can sense his professionalism and involvement.
Super
Clean, cozy, friendly!
We stayed at this hotel for work in November. The impressions from the hotel are very polar... On the one hand, a pleasant feeling from the hospitality of the staff at the reception, the girls are very friendly, hospitable, even checked us in a little earlier, showed us with care, asked if everything was okay. On the other hand, an unpleasant aftertaste from the staff of the "restaurant", although it is difficult to call it a restaurant. A woman with a bun of hair and bright lips showed with one look how much she "hates all this" unfortunately...and so on all three days. Very rude and unfriendly. A flashback from the Soviet film "Lyudmila is not a good evening". The rooms are generally comfortable, clean, a lot of space, for a foursome of standards. It is strange that there is nothing from chemistry at all, except for a shower cap...no sticks, no discs, no bathrobes. In general, it is okay for a night's sleep. But the breakfasts surprised me... I considered myself an unpretentious person at this hotel... but... The first time I came for breakfast, I didn't know what to choose, because there was nothing to choose from... There were absolutely no vegetables or fruits - except for the vinaigrette for breakfast, which was for dinner the previous day... well, it's trash... fried potatoes, verguns, everything oily, fried and not tasty. I have never met worse breakfasts. And the complete disinterest of the kitchen staff in delivering food and making it tasty for guests... For a 4* hotel, this is completely unacceptable. I am not writing this review to humiliate any of the staff or the hotel in general. But so that the hotel management and owners pay attention to the fact that the service and restaurant need to be improved so that customers want to return to this hotel. Currently, there is absolutely no desire to return. There are even 3* hotels in the city that are better than this hotel... Unfortunately...
