Cara-Friend is a Northern Ireland LGBTQ+ charity founded in 1974, one of the oldest of its kind in the UK and Ireland. Also based at the Belfast LGBT Centre on Waring Street, it provides counselling, telephone and online befriending, youth work and education and training for schools and workplaces across the region.
