Bristol Pride is held in July, with the main parade through the city centre followed by a free festival on the Harbourside. Expected attendance: 50,000+. The event is one of the largest in the south-west of England and reflects Bristol's character as one of England's most progressive and arts-oriented cities. Organised by Bristol Pride Ltd. The Harbourside setting — the historic docklands now lined with arts venues and restaurants — is one of England's most distinctive Pride backdrops.
