Working from the executive lounge is an absolute joy with the excellent staff. Particularly Maria who is constantly working hard and making polite conversation with myself and colleagues. Truly brilliant

We are lucky to have a workspace at the Executive Lounge at Park Plaza and are treated with kindness day in day out. Maria and her colleagues are always looking for ways in which to improve service in the lounge, and I’m sure I speak for all colleagues in saying we are grateful for their service.

The location is extremely convenient and the hotel is well kept. Emily was very accommodating and offered us an early check in after a long flight. I’d definitely stay here again in a future London trip!

좋은 경험이었습니다. 관광지와 접근성도 좋습니다. Staying at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was a truly fantastic experience. One of the biggest advantages was staying so close to the famous tourist attractions. Being able to enjoy a stunning view of London right from inside the hotel was another huge plus. It also allowed us to head out early in the morning to take photos at the sights before they got crowded, as all the beautiful scenery is within walking distance. The breakfast was decent and satisfactory, though on a personal note, I wish there had been a few more varieties of egg dishes. I didn’t get a chance to use the other amenities, so I can’t comment on them. Public transportation was slightly less convenient than expected. There isn't a tube station within a 5-minute walk, and taking the bus wasn't quite as seamless as using the subway. However, having an M&S grocery store nearby was very convenient. The absolute highlight of our stay was a staff member named Tiffany, who helped us with check-in. We visited the hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and her warm guidance and exceptional service made us feel wonderful even before we officially checked in. On top of that, she kindly went out of her way to check on various services, including an early check-in. Her customer-first mindset was truly impressive. This alone leaves me with a strong desire to return to this hotel. I truly hope to see Tiffany again on our next visit. Staying here has become our most pleasant memory of London. Just as fondly as we will remember this hotel, we hope the hotel remembers us as well. Thank you.

I came for the view of Big Ben and a light bite to eat but I stayed for the phenomenal service. A particular highlight of my (regrettably) short time at the restaurant was the service from a young man - I believe his name was Alex. I look forward to coming back for an extended stay and more top notch service!

Had a lovely meal in Brasserie Joel for the first time, despite staying in the hotel previously. I went for the scallops and beef bourguignon, as recommended by the waiter. Both were delicious. Great service from the staff - Alexander was attentive and made an effort to make sure we had a good experience and were well fed and watered. A hidden gem in the heart of London!

I have stayed in this hotel many times, and keep coming. At an excellent location, next to the Westminster bridge, it is also close to many attractions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. And the staff are so friendly and helpful I am very pleased to recognise some and to be recognised. A waitress called Natalia made me feel really welcome today. Nothing was too difficult for her, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Natalia, I am very pleased seeing you again.

Staying at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge has been a wonderful experience, and the lounge truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. A special mention goes to Maria, one of the lounge staff, who was absolutely lovely. She greeted us warmly, was attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and had an excellent experience. The location is outstanding and hard to beat for sightseeing in London. Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Uber Boat services, and several Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops are all within easy walking distance. Buckingham Palace is also a pleasant walk away. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows, a safe, US plug, USB and USB-C ports, ice container, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee and tea facilities, and even a lovely view of Big Ben. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I arrived after an overnight flight and the front desk lady (Tiffany) kindly allowed me to check in about three hours early so I could rest and refresh, which I greatly appreciated. Housekeeping was excellent. I signed up for the eco-housekeeping option and received a £10 food voucher, yet housekeeping still came daily to make the bed, refresh towels, and empty the trash. The breakfast buffet was an English breakfast- excellent with a wide variety of choices. My recommendation is to add breakfast when making your reservation, as it cost about £17 when booked in advance compared to approximately £25 if purchased separately. The hotel also features a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Another convenience is the abundance of nearby food options. There is a mini market right next door that is open 24/7, and a deli on the ground floor offering sandwiches, salads, pastries, and coffee. One thoughtful touch I especially appreciated was the free umbrella loan service—very useful in London! The hotel also offers 24-hour room service. It is somewhat expensive due to the tray charge and service fee, but it can be very convenient if you arrive late or need a meal when other options are closed. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic central London location. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe walking around the area during the day and at night. The streets were busy, well-lit, and filled with other visitors enjoying the nearby attractions The doorman was exceptionally helpful. When my driver was parked across the street, he actually went out and helped look for the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. He also always has the loveliest smile and I enjoyed seeing him very much,

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Plaza. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the location is excellent, and the Executive Lounge is a fantastic addition that made our stay even more enjoyable.
