Such a beautiful place 😍

Lovely hotel. I never sleep when we go away , but I actually slept well here. We went in march and it was very cold outside , but the hotel was all warm and cozy. I didn't feel cold at all. Lovely staff and breakfast was great to. Honestly couldn't fault it on anything !

Excellent location and very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a little tired but very clean and comfortable.

A lovely, cosy and well-appointed hotel in a great location run by very helpful and generous people. We were leaving at 07:30 in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast was due to start, so they provided us with well-stocked takeaway breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Dont book room 207, its dirty, not maintained and looks like it gets rented by the hour

I haven’t stayed at the hotel yet, but my first impression has already been incredibly positive. The staff I’ve spoken to have been genuinely helpful and welcoming. The receptionist who answered my call went above and beyond to assist me — warm, patient, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. If the stay is anything like the service I’ve experienced so far, I know we’re in very good hands.

Wonderful breakfast and interestingly quirky rooms in a great location for the center of Exeter or the uni.

Very welcoming, quirky hotel. Comfortable night sleep. Followed by a top notch breakfast with so many little extras, lovely selection of fruit, nuts and seeds. Easily accessible to city centre. Would definitely recommend

Even though I didn't get to meet the host, communication was outstanding, as for the room, was nice, clean and comfortable a little dated but ok. Bed was so comfortable had a very good sleep. As for the bathroom very clean plus nice powerful shower I would stay here again.

What a wonderful place this is. I highly recommend this hotel. The important things are impeccable, the bed comfort, the linen was all high quality and super comfortable... I opted for the breakfast and it was superb. ALL quality products used from the toast (wholemeal) to the sausages, proper farm sausages, bacon, thick excellent quality with the fat cut off. Baked beans good, grilled tomatoes and much more. There is also a great selection of cereals and cold breakfast. Truly excellent. You can tell the owner or Manager has very high standards for their hotel and it shows. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back for sure

Excellent location, walkable to town centre. Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
