I stayed here last weekend 7th - 8th June for my birthday. I had a wonderful time. Stunning hotel, prime location, lovely staff. The restaurant had amazing service and you couldn’t fault the food. The drinks were great and everything was served rather timely. The spa facilities were lovely, the pool could be a little warmer. We had a few issues without our air con, and one window didn’t open in our room so it was a rather hot sleep, we were then woken up around 5am by bottles being dropped into bins outside by staff? But the beds and shower were nice and the room was a good size. Plugs by the bed would be handy. Also a member of staff came into our room when we were getting ready, luckily we had just got dressed. We did have music playing but it’s hard to hear a knock on the door in silence too. But he should have heard the music and known someone was inside.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay. The room was lovely and had everything you could need. The spa is medium-sized but gorgeous, especially the outdoor hot tubs and sunbathing area surrounded by trees - a secret little garden in the city. The restaurant and bar were also lovely, with great food and a beautiful outdoor garden seating area. The hotel is very quirky, with lots of interesting ornaments throughout. I also loved the location, with Petersham Meadows, the River Thames, and Richmond Park right on the doorstep. Thanks to Myriam (Reception Manager) and Jessica (Spa Manager) for being so responsive when I had questions, Mimi and Karl for the incredible massage, and Gabriela for her help at the spa. We felt sad leaving and were talking about coming back the very next day. I've stayed at Harbour Hotels in Bristol and Brighton, and this is my favourite so far :)

Great location with a short 15 min walk (with amazing views) down Richmond Hill into the town centre. Also a short walk to the towpath from then to Richmond Bridge and town, and Richmond Park proper with a short walk to Pembroke Lodge. The Superior room was a good size with A/C. Staff in the restaurant and on the desk were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Had a light lunch on the Terrace - good service but make sure to ask for the Terrace menu for the lighter options. The Spa was very nice - good atmosphere, good sized pool, good relaxation area with swing pods to relax on, and close to our basement room. It was quite busy in the pool. I would have given 5 stars but a few niggles nothing major: The coffee and tea making facilities in the room where in a non-sliding shelf in poorly lit closet. They needed to be lifted out over a narrow bar and carried to the good sized writing desk where they could be plugged in. The large desk had ample room for them. There was no bedside lamp on my side of the king-sized bed. There was a large chest of drawers at just the right height but no reading lamp. The monsoon shower was great and very powerful, but the base was quite spongy to tread on as if it had been installed incorrectly without a filler foam to give it strength and support: the edges and centre line were solid but in between it was soft and a little unsteady to move around on. I think it is a problem waiting to happen. I didn't really like being in the basement although maybe a blessing on a very hot day! It would have been good to know ahead of time so I had the option to talk with the hotel ahead of time and ask for a room on the 200, 300 floors. There was a window in the room onto a skylit area between rooms but the view was of a wall. If we stay again I will ask for a room on the 200 floors. The good thing about being in the basement is that it is on the same level as the spa.

Went in for a drink and experienced excellent service, lovely surroundings and lovely cocktails.

I have a booking coming up, i called to speak to the GM to enquire about their spa facilities. But everytime i call, the first question i ask is, "hello, who am i speaking to." They refuse to tell me who im speaking to and they refuse to provide me with the GM's contact details (email address). They continously put the phone down neglecting to tell me who I am speaking to or how I am able to contact the GM. This leaves me with no information as to how i am to make a complaint and how i progress matters with my complaint... this is abeolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend a stay here as their service is absolutely horrendous....

Had a lovely experience at Richmond HarSPA. Despite booking last minute, I was warmly welcomed and well looked after by Gabriela and Alice, which made a real difference. Vimbai was excellent — the facial was outstanding and one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Charming hotel, the room was very well-equipped and very pleasant, with nice decor and a great atmosphere. The service was spectacular and very helpful, both at reception, thanks to Ambar for her recommendations, and in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Terrific hotel. Staff is outstanding! Great spa! Special shout out to reception- Myriam! Recommend to those looking for something special in the "Ted Lasso" town of Richmond.

Beautiful home away from home, excellent customer and value added service delivery, fitness and mindfulness centric hotel - will highly recommend!
