Confirmed and blocked booking in January 2026 for April, cancelled without any reason, including a package holiday. A lot of stress trying to find alternative accommodation. Completely unprofessional.

Booking made in February 2026 for a trip at the end of May 2026. Transport and other expenses have been incurred since the booking was made, but today the establishment cancels without any real reason, which is slightly disrupting the trip.

Booked this hotel for a leisure stay well over a month ago and received an email today telling me that they had cancelled without explanation, very disappointing and annoying seeing as I was counting on this and all over options are far more expensive, I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

They cancelled the reservation for no reason, two months after it was booked. At least they were kind enough not to do it at the last minute.

They cancelled on us on booking.com the night we were in London, we called them and then gave us a very bad room with broken bed and tv, but we were grateful to not be on the streets. Bad service, okay breakfast.

We attended an Eid event at this venue, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The entire event felt extremely disorganised there wasn’t enough stuff. On top of that, the food portions were not sufficient. Overall, the event did not meet expectations at all.

Room was hot as couldn't work heating and basically but huge. £35 for a night was great value.

This property is in an extremely poor and unacceptable condition, and the management of it raises serious concerns. In my experience, the landlord/owner, Sazzad Mahmud, appears to have allowed the property to deteriorate to a level that falls well below what most people would consider safe or suitable accommodation. During my time there, I witnessed behaviour that I found shocking and completely inappropriate, including a member of staff using the garden area next to the shed as a toilet in full view of others. This was deeply unhygienic and entirely unacceptable. The overall condition of the property was extremely neglected. There were loose and exposed electrical wires, plaster and debris scattered across floors, and clear signs of a mouse infestation. Communal areas were frequently left in an unsanitary state, with rubbish and even dirty nappies discarded in hallways and near the entrance. These issues point to a serious lack of proper maintenance, hygiene, and oversight. In my opinion, the property should be thoroughly inspected by the relevant authorities, as the current state raises significant concerns about safety and living standards. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere until these problems are properly addressed and the property is brought up to an acceptable standard.

The premises were found to be in a state of considerable disarray, with power tools left unsecured in the corridor. The conduct of the staff, particularly Mr. Sazzad Mahmud, was observed to be unprofessional. We strongly recommend against the use of this property. Additionally, a cleaner was seen retrieving bed linen, which appeared damp and emitted an unpleasant odor, from a garden shed situated in the car park. This environment is, unequivocally, the most unsanitary I have ever encountered. The site presented hazardous conditions akin to a construction zone. Furthermore, rat droppings were observed in both the room and the restaurant.

Poor cleanliness, we had breakfast included and never ate it because by 8:30 there was nothing left to eat! Cups and glasses piled up in a sink put you off! Very dirty and ruined.

The breakfast was a waste time. Had to wash bowls and cups. No water to have a brew

Really bad rooms and wrongly advertised on the internet. The cover image is of the beautiful building in front of the actual rooms. Do not book this.
