Nice clean room easy to get in also very close to the airport .

If you like paying for a 'hotel' in a council estate, this place is for you. The location is terrible - it's a semi-detached council house!

Great rooms with a cozy bed full of linens and pillows. Soft towels and nice extra shampoos and toiletries. The basement area with a full kitchen is also handy. Very well cleaned. I arrived ON FOOT from the train station at the airport and it took about 25 minutes. Complicated if you don't use Google maps. Negatives: communication via the b&b app was poor, they just sent me a message with the code of the locked door but then never responded to my further enquiries. Once in, it was not clear to me what room was mine as there is no one to wait for you. Those sleeping in the room above me were really noise and annoying, and the walls allow for sound to filter. Same with the noise from the airport. The price is like a third of what you pay at the ibis/holiday Inn inside the airport, so it might be a good idea to invest on booking an uber/taxi/cab to get you there and back ti the airport.

We were only given a door code, not a room number. We arrived after midnight, so we had to guess which room was ours. The cleanliness of the kitchen, especially the oven, left much to be desired. There was mold on the bathroom grout and hair in the shower. The heating was off, making the room quite cold.

After missing our flight we needed to stay overnight at short notice. This was the perfect solution. Within walking distance from the airport. Very clean and well equipped. Shared kitchen with tea making essentials. Comfy bed. Warm. Just what we needed.

Stayed here January 2022. My stay cost £67.15 I booked it 2 weeks in advance. You can walk to this property from Manchester airport. It took me 20minutes carrying 30kg of luggage. The house is on the end with an open style garden. There isn’t really any signs that I could see (I arrived there at 11:30pm) a neighbour came out and told me that was the correct house. You’ll see the keypad on the front door. The room was spacious and en-suite. There was no toilet paper in my room however and there’s no in room tea/coffee available. There is a full kitchen downstairs however other guests were staying, so didn’t want to think I was drinking other people’s coffee or tea so I went without. This would have been a nice touch since I was leaving at 6am and had no time to get anything in for myself. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi wasn’t great but acceptable, no bed side lamps worked at all. Just the main light. All in all this wasn’t bad. Considering the proximity to the airport if you’re stuck and don’t want to pay hotel prices then it’s handy. But for £67 I expected it to be a bit better. As I said the small touches like tea/coffee, toilet paper in the room etc. they go a long way when you’re forking out this much money. But I would consider staying again.
