Just as people complain in the comments about the unbearable heat in the summer, in winter it's no different. I don't know if they don't have heating or if they didn't turn it on because there were very few people on Sunday, but on a night when it was 8°C in the lobby, just inches from the door leading outside, you can't help but turn on the heat. My first experience at Feliza wasn't very pleasant, simply because of the cold, which left me stuck at home with the flu and general malaise. It's only after four days that I've started feeling better. It's true that the service was very good, especially from a guy who came by several times to ask if everything was alright. However, the staff's warmth doesn't feel so warm when the cold air makes it hard to even think. As for the drinks, they are expensive. If you want to go drinking with friends and you like to order several drinks, you should have at least 60,000 pesos just to spend inside.
