Bosques de Palermo

The Bosques de Palermo (Parque Tres de Febrero) is the huge green expanse along Palermo's northeast edge, with a rose garden (El Rosedal), lakes and sports grounds. During the day it is a busy family park; after dark, the quieter wooded sections near the Planetario and the Rosedal have a long history of gay cruising. As with any large public park, activity is confined to specific corners after sunset — stay aware of your surroundings, keep valuables hidden, and note that Argentina's progressive legal climate does not change the usual discretion of outdoor cruising.
