Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires

We had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires and were grateful to call the Four Seasons Buenos Aires home for our four-day trip. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. This was Four Seasons hospitality at its best. Every team member we encountered showed genuine warmth and kindness and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Karolina at the front desk and Josefina from the concierge team, who were both exceptional. The food was another highlight. Elena is excellent, and I would also highly recommend lunch at Nuestro Secreto, the hotel’s other restaurant. Where’s it going? We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the Four Seasons Buenos Aires.

It was a very good experience; the hotel is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, all very friendly, willing, and very professional at all times. From the initial contact, they knew I was coming with my 1-year-old daughter, and they prepared the room with beautiful details for her. Milagros, the concierge, indicated very nice places to visit in the city based on what we could do with the child; it was excellent. The food was exquisite; it was simply a beautiful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help — no matter the time of day. Their hospitality truly made a difference and set the tone for our entire stay. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The room itself was beautifully appointed, very spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight — varied, fresh, and delicious every morning. And in the evenings, the hotel bar is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of champagne after a day of exploring this magnificent city. The location is also excellent — well situated and convenient for getting around Buenos Aires. Overall, our stay was simply perfect. We will definitely be back!

My most recent stay at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires, for two weeks in April, was simply extraordinary and difficult to overcome. From the start, everything was taken care of with a level of detail that confirms why this hotel is synonymous with excellence. I was fortunate to stay in room 811, which offered a truly privileged view: the majestic 9 de Julio Avenue and the iconic Obelisk, a daily show that made every morning and evening even more special. However, what really distinguishes this hotel is its people. The staff is certainly one of the most professional and warmest I have had the pleasure of meeting. The concierge team deserves a very special mention: Josefina, Octavio and Gianluca did everything possible — and more — to make my stay perfect, attending to every request with efficiency, kindness and a genuine vocation of service. The reception staff, impeccable as ever, always reflected professionalism and elegance. Also, the housekeeping team was exceptional; both the maids and the housekeeper, Mariana, stood out for their attention, discretion and constant willingness to make me feel completely at ease. The Elena restaurant, as usual, lived up to the highest expectations: quality, service and atmosphere in perfect harmony. In short, they were two wonderful weeks, full of comfort, details and memorable experiences. Definitely a five star stay... and I don't give you six just because it's not possible!

We had an excellent experience over our two-night stay in a suite within the historic mansion building. Such a beautiful, private setting with vintage-but-fresh furnishings and decor (and seemingly a private security force). We enjoyed starting each day with breakfast at Elena - great service, coffee offerings, and array of delicious and healthy food. The pool was well heated and a relaxing stopping point at the end of each day - so nice to float while looking up at the gorgeous Mansion and blue sky. Special thanks to our guest service ambassador Candela De Marco. She set a platinum standard for guest care and attentiveness, even by FS's extremely high standards. The front desk and concierge staff were welcoming and helpful, too. Would definitely pick the FS if we return to Buenos Aires.

We stayed in April 26. Strategic location 20 minutes walk from the obelisk. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room overlooked the entrance but was quiet; equipped with all comforts and with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean, stocked with what was needed and sanitized. Absolutely of all the hotels seen so far, here I found breakfast with the widest choice even the fruit was special. Lunch was more than good and the choice at the buffet was also wide. I had a slight inconvenience, but as soon as I reported it, the manager arrived in the room to apologize and the repair technician. On my return I found a kind note of apology (even if it was not needed) and a tray with 4 huge sweets! I highly recommend it.

We stayed four nights in the mansion which I highly recommend. It’s like stepping back in time with modern day amenities. Staff was amazing from front desk, valets, concierges and housekeeping. I do not recommend booking e-lounge not worth it - room is dark & small outside space faces highway. Food is limited. But highly recommend polo day excursion! Ezekiel was our guide and was so passionate about polo and a great teacher was even able to get us newbies playing polo!
