Describing this place in a few words is difficult, but I could say it is magical; the experience in its entirety is something unforgettable. The food is exquisite and original. But what stood out most is the service of the people who give life to this place; without them, the culinary experience would not be the same. I want to thank Carolina for her wonderful attention; her friendliness, respect, and warmth make the difference. I also want to highlight the work of the dining room supervisor, who is kind, courteous, and friendly. The experience with their service exceeded my expectations. I will return many more times. How important it is not only to find a nice place with good food, but above all with people who make you feel at home. Thank you
Beautiful, elegant hotel. We stopped by some other five-star hotels in town, and each time we were glad we stayed at this hotel. The central courtyard hosting several restaurants is really a special feature of this hotel. Quite unusual for an urban hotel. Plus the hotel staff were five-star, the food was excellent, and our room was nicely appointed, large, and comfortable. We did however have trouble with streaming movies (they replaced our TV twice), but our only significant issue with the hotel is that they don’t serve dinner until very late. While that is customary in Argentina, they are hosting guests from all over the world where that is not the custom, including the US. If they want to meet or exceed the expectations of those guests, an earlier dinner service would be important. We really struggled with that. But I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s a beautiful property. (We stayed in the palace side.)
Luxury service in the heart of Recoleta. Highest-level professionals at the service of the guests. Thanks especially to Carolina from Gioia Cocina Botánica, for her cordial treatment, her kindness, and her commitment to quality in guest service.
Palacio Duhau is an oasis in the city -- the buildings are gorgeous, the facilities superb, and the patios between the Palace and the Tower are a true haven. We stayed in a quiet, spacious, one-bedroom suite in the Palace and felt like royalty. The bed was dreamy, the bathroom vast and perfect, and housekeeping outstanding. Breakfast on the Piano Nobile was divine, and we especially enjoyed dinner at Duhau Restaurant, which offered a variety of selections and a superb, attentive, professional staff. Highly recommended.
I had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, with every member of the team making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, but what truly set the experience apart is the level of care and attention throughout my stay. The team anticipated my needs and made everything feel effortless.
Great stay at the luxurious Park Hyatt. One of the top three hotels in the city according to our local guide. Great clean and modern room on the 14th floor with a large terrace. Location is within walking distance of everything. Food was great. They have an amazing vegan/vegetarian Michelin starred restaurant that my vegan wife loved. Concierge staff did an amazing job before and during our stay. A special shout out to Lucio. He was fantastic! Highly recommend. Good value as well.
Excellent service from the staff, especially Santino, very kind and attentive.
I came for a light lunch and drink on the patio. Beautiful setting for a sunny day. Food and cocktail were very good. My waiter was very good. The hostess on the other hand took forever to seat me. And there is no seating area as you wait. She really was not that busy, nor was the place at capacity. Fortunately once I was seated I no longer had to deal with her incompetence and despite that poor initial impression, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere here so I do recommend
The Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau is, without a doubt, a very pleasant hotel. The gardens are beautiful, the common areas are elegant, the breakfast is of good quality, and the location is excellent. For those who stay in the palace wing, the experience is even more special. In terms of beauty, I consider it easily one of the most impressive hotels in Buenos Aires. Still, there are some service problems that, curiously, seem to repeat in different stays. The main one is on the Piano Nobile. I'm not referring to the quality of the food, which is generally very good, but to the service. At one of the breakfasts, it was necessary to wait about 45 minutes for two fried eggs to be served. On another day, the eggs had to be remade three times until they reached the requested point. On Saturday, I invited a friend for afternoon tea at the hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was also disappointing for the same reason. After waiting for some time without anyone coming to serve us, I had to go into the palace in person to request that an employee come to the table. In summary, it remains a great hotel, with a practically perfect location, magnificent gardens, and, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful properties in Buenos Aires. However, for a hotel of this level and price range, some recurring service failures are still difficult to understand.
Had to switch rooms because of a plumbing leak. Both restaurants that have meals between 4pm and 6pm were either closed or unavailable. Concierge service was excellent. Very good breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean.
