I regret to say that I witnessed the owner in a suspicious state, speaking rudely to both staff and non-hotel guests. The basic 2-star rooms were not valued for the price. The parking garage is around the corner from the hotel and prone to theft. The location is not ideal. It is not suitable for foreigners, people with disabilities, or the elderly. Completely offensive. Not recommended; caution advised.

I slept very well. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The bathroom was great. The shower was incredibly relaxing. The service was very good. Excellent value for money.

Excellent service, great location

The location is excellent for those who want to avoid busy areas. The hotel is simple and charming. My only complaint is the doorbell! Every time it rings, it's audible in the room. Something more practical could be done; it woke me up every time. Otherwise, it's a gem.

This hotel is simple and charming. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in the northern part of the city, just a few blocks from the river, near the Rosario-Victoria Bridge, with a large green area surrounding it, and also close to La Florida beach and some restaurants along the riverfront. The rooms are excellent, the bed comfortable, and they even have a safe. We needed ironing done, and they took care of that for us. The staff was very attentive and considerate. I recommend it if you need accommodation in that area of ​​the city. We had to attend an event in a nearby town, and staying there was the best decision we made.
