Z Hotel Boutique Iguazú

Nestor and the rest of the staff were super accommodating. The beds, shower, kitchen area were all very comfortable. The continental breakfast and eating area were great. The pool and other areas to relax in were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely return… and of course the falls were spectacular too.

The hotel is very nice, it has a beautiful pool which we unfortunately couldn't use. The downside is that it doesn't have 24-hour reception, so if you don't arrive during their designated hours, it's complicated. They did manage to sort it out for us, but it was stressful and difficult. If you go without a car, there's a good chance you'll get wet if it rains.

Beautiful hotel. The room was very warm and modern; I especially loved the bathroom, which was very spacious and comfortable. The artificial beach-style pool is amazing; the ambiance of the entire area with the surrounding plants was simply stunning. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. Honestly, the experience was a 1000 out of 10! We only stayed one night because we were just passing through, but we will definitely be back!

We had a misunderstanding with the person who took our reservation. We had requested an apartment for three people, but upon arrival, they gave us a triple room. It wasn't suitable, and the cost to upgrade to a proper apartment was 60% more expensive. It wasn't worth it. For the same price, we found a two-bedroom apartment two blocks away, equally well-equipped. I'm adding another star because of the receptionist's helpfulness; he was always willing to resolve the issue.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. From the excellent facilities to the warm hospitality, every detail was perfect. A particularly noteworthy aspect was that they allowed us to enjoy the facilities until our departure for the airport, making our last day truly delightful. I would recommend it without hesitation!

An unbeatable stay!! We felt wonderful! Impeccable service and fantastic facilities! Highly recommended...we loved the pool! The room was very spacious, and so was the bathroom. The order and cleanliness are evident everywhere. Congratulations!

Beautiful place. New and modern. With a spectacular pool. Personalized and very warm service.

The hotel is new, they're expanding it, and it looks very nice. We stayed in the guest room area (they also have apartments). They were kind enough to turn on the air conditioning before we arrived, which helped us avoid the summer heat at night in Iguazu. The service, check-in, and phone communication were all excellent. There's a pool, but we didn't use it because we arrived very late. Parking is available. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast; it's very basic. With the potential they have, it could be a bit better. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Very convenient for families.

Excellent place… Duplex and comfortable rooms… comfortable.

We spent 7 amazing days at this hotel! The place was clean, the staff were extremely polite and kind, the breakfast was delicious, with the famous sweet/savory croissants and a dulce de leche to go with it!!!! Special thanks to our dear Nestor Franco, as he himself said, my "relative". Thank you all for making our vacation so peaceful!!!
