I don't usually leave negative reviews on Google because I think bad experiences can sometimes be just bad luck, but in the case of this hotel, I need to warn other people! When you see it on Google and Instagram, it looks like a new and cozy hotel in downtown São Paulo! However, upon arrival, you simply wait in line for an hour to check in! Yes!! I waited an hour in line for check-in! There are only two small and "slow" elevators. The room had a cockroach and the shower doesn't have hot water at all! The bed has a gap in the middle (anyone with back problems won't be able to sleep. At least not in the room I was put in!). And finally, the most serious issue! Many times they get the room wrong and send you to one that already has a guest! While I was in the check-in line, two guests came back to say they had been allocated to a room already occupied. In the elevator, a third guest went up with me and warned me to "enter" the room slowly, as they often put guests in the wrong rooms!! In other words, I don't recommend it. In the downtown area, it's better to stay at the Copan building than at this hotel! Don't fall for the influencers' spiel!

Excellent location. Great service. Negative point for the gym: equipment lacks maintenance, most of it doesn't work.

We would like to sincerely thank the Sooz Hotel for a very pleasant stay. The rooms were large and very clean, offering great comfort. Breakfast was simple but good and fresh - exactly what we needed. The price was very affordable, especially considering the space, cleanliness and location. Special thanks to Henri from the reception - extremely kind, helpful and professional. His positive attitude made our stay even better. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Extremely functional and nice place with excellent location.

I stayed in October 2025 and loved it, clean and airy rooms, very good breakfast, complete gym and excellent service. In front of the hotel there is a recess for parking taxis and Ubers, which was very good. The location for dining is also very good, close to Copan and Wanderlust.

I was wondering if you offer a transfer service for a group of tourists?

The hotel is very good. Attentive and kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Everything extremely clean and organized. Spacious, fragrant rooms, everything new. Central location. I want to give special praise to Firmino, who always welcomes us so well at breakfast time. It was my second stay at the hotel, and I felt so good to return and find him there and be so warmly welcomed by him. Staying in a place like this makes all the difference. If I return to São Paulo soon, I will stay at the Sooz again, as my two stays at this hotel were wonderful.
