Best accommodation option ever, everything was impeccable, very welcoming staff, clean and fragrant rooms, clean bathroom, wonderful breakfast, I want to come back many more times!!!!

The inn has very welcoming, organized, extremely clean, and quiet environments that provide a very comfortable experience for guests. I would like to highlight the service, especially from the kitchen staff, Thaís, Deise, and Andri, who welcomed us with very well-prepared, heartfelt food that expressed care and affection, making the beginning of our days moments of joy and great memories. Thank you for your attention to us.

The rooms are beautiful, just like in the photos! There's no leisure area, only rooms and the main hall. The breakfast is impeccable, they even have sparkling wine. What disappointed me was the service; we had a problem with the door, the key card wouldn't open it, about 3 people came up to help, and after almost 40 minutes the door opened. It was the day we were leaving and they didn't even offer to compensate for this lost time... when we arrived in the city, they didn't offer a map or anything, and the guesthouse was empty...

My rating for the rooms and location stems from the road in front of the hotel. The noise from traffic and trucks is constant 24 hours a day. I traveled from São Paulo to Bento Gonçalves to use earplugs to sleep, and it's disappointing. Note that we booked the luxury room because we saw that the standard room faced the road. The noise is excessive there too. And one more observation: the air conditioning had a strong smell, as if it lacked maintenance. As soon as we arrived, at 11:30 am, we saw that the hotel was empty, but the receptionist insisted on taking us to our room only at 3 pm (there were ONLY 3 couples in the hotel). Highlights for the hotel: very tasty breakfast and impeccable service from the restaurant staff, especially Thaís who was super attentive, taking into account the fact that I am a vegetarian.

Incredible experience, extremely clean room with daily cleaning, excellent hospitality, not to mention the girls who run the breakfast area – delicious food and they are wonderful! We spent four days there and would definitely return.

The guesthouse is well located for local tourism, the service is perfect, the rooms are perfect, the breakfast is delicious, and Deise and Andri stood out for their service at breakfast – they were incredibly kind. We highly recommend the place!!!

Charming inn, with a structure reminiscent of a true castle. Extremely attentive staff, breakfast served in the attached restaurant, with everything very well prepared and delicious. The little gifts left in the room upon arrival and also at check-out are a special touch.

The inn is a super charming castle. Huge room, spacious bathroom, everything clean. The restaurant is great and the breakfast is exceptional.
