Incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by an extremely attentive, polite, and always helpful team. The hospitality of the place makes all the difference and made the stay even more special. The care for the guests, the welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent service made me feel at home. The hotel is a spa and doesn't have slippers for guests; my husband walked barefoot in the hotel all the way to the spa, and I had to wear a bathrobe and sneakers. The area around the pool is slippery and has old tiles. At breakfast, if you want sparkling water, you have to pay 10.00. The sunset is very cool, fun, and lively. All the restaurants are bad; the shrimp was completely raw, the lamb was cold inside, the gravlax salmon was frozen and burnt. We complained and ate the capeletti soup, which is good.

Beautiful place, everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind. The only difficulty we had was making reservations for certain events before our stay.
