Beachfront hotel, very cozy, excellent facilities, well worth it for the location as well.

The service was exceptional from check-in onwards. We arrived super early and they managed to get us an early check-in without us even asking. The breakfast is delicious and the heated pools with hydromassage are perfect!

Deceptive advertising. I booked the Magna Hotel through Booking.com trusting that there was air conditioning in the room. In practice, there is no individual air conditioning – only a completely inefficient central air vent. On a day with temperatures around 30°C, the room simply didn't cool down even after hours. The maintenance staff themselves confirmed that "that's just how it is". Result: I had to check out the same day and go to another hotel. The worst part: they promised a refund for the remaining nights and now they simply don't respond anymore (as of May 1st). Dishonest service, poor facilities, and a total lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend it.

I had a ridiculous experience at the Magno Hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff have no training whatsoever in dealing with the public. I have a 1 year and 6 month old daughter, and I just asked him for some milk during the night because I didn't know the place and he refused to give me a glass of milk for my daughter. So, if you're coming here, don't. I recommend this to you all; it's the worst hotel of my life. The pool has no support whatsoever. How can the pool say it's open until 10:00 when at 9:00 they put up the cover? This has never happened before. Breakfast only has eggs and couscous; there are no other options.

The hotel is very well located, I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was very good! The room cleaning left a little to be desired, as I noticed that the linens weren't always changed and the cleaning was very superficial (usually just tidying up), but nothing extreme. The staff were polite and helpful. I would return!

Hotel with excellent location and service.

The hotel is perfect, the staff are extremely friendly and polite, the view is beautiful, and the breakfast is perfect. I recommend the sun-dried beef tapioca; it's simply perfect.
