A cozy and welcoming atmosphere! A caring, dedicated, and efficient team at all times, especially regarding certain requests that were addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you for the kindness and for providing us with such good times. We will be back!!!

The room we stayed in was quite small, but I hadn't paid attention to the lighting in the rooms they have. It had a musty smell because there was a huge embankment next to it that had been damaged, something they could improve. It was quite strong when we arrived, and the bright white light was unnecessarily bright. But otherwise, the place was delightful, right in the middle of the woods as we expected, 10 minutes from the center. Good for resting, we would return but to stay in a different room for sure.

Sensational, from the service to the entire place.

The setting is pleasant, beautiful, and quite wooded. The pools and jacuzzis are a plus, and the room offers comfort. However, there are some points that could be improved. One of the main problems is the charge for towels for use in the outdoor area (pools and jacuzzis), something that could be included in the accommodation. Furthermore, the restaurant prices are not compatible with what is served: the dishes are expensive for the quantity and, in some cases, the quality does not justify the price charged. The breakfast is good, but some items didn't seem fresh. Some breads, for example, appeared to be from previous days. Overall, the reservation price is quite high and the experience delivered does not fully correspond to the price paid. Since the hotel does not allow delivery, it would be interesting to offer more meal options in the restaurant with more affordable prices. The vending machine also has few product options and high prices. I understand the intention to encourage consumption within the hotel, which I consider valid to provide more convenience to guests, but the prices charged end up causing many people to choose to eat out. Another point is the main pool, which is extremely cold. Even with sun all day, the water temperature remains very low, making bathing uncomfortable. It would be interesting to invest in a heated pool and increase the temperature of the jacuzzis a little. There are also some maintenance details that deserve attention, such as the room door, which had a broken latch and only closed properly when locked. Overall, I went with my boyfriend and we were well received. The staff attended to our requests and treated us cordially. It's a great place to spend a weekend with family or your partner, but practically everything is charged separately and many of the prices don't match the experience offered.

This place is simply awful, it's absurd to keep it running, it's not worth staying at, not even for free.
