I loved it, very good.

Terrible service. I booked an overnight stay from 5 AM on December 1st until 12 PM. At 8 AM, the receptionist called our room saying our time slot was up, that it was until 8 AM. I told her I had booked until 12 PM, but she didn't care, saying their overnight stay was until 8 AM. We went to get ready, took 20 minutes, and the woman called our room again. We said we were taking too long. When we got to the reception, she was very rude. I asked for our payment receipt, but they didn't have it, nor any other proof that we had paid. In short, they don't even give invoices. I paid for a 12-hour stay and only stayed 5 hours because they kicked me out. I didn't call the police only because my husband wouldn't let me. That's how easy it is to make money off others by acting in bad faith.

Terrible, on Friday, November 21, 2025, the hotel didn't have towels or soap to offer customers. They need to improve this; the hotel is a city landmark.

Terrible service and the place is a dump.

Rude, unfriendly, and extremely low-level staff, terrible treatment at night, I do not recommend it and would NEVER return. Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, if you can even call it a hotel. The staff have no idea about hotel management, reception, or manners... Paying to feel mistreated by employees who don't know how to deal with customers and are there to do a good job, but they don't. Terrible! This place needs good employees to become pleasant. Noisy, terrible location, no parking, questionable hygiene, extremely simple and not pleasant at all. Without a doubt, it's the worst hotel in this city.

A bit pricey for the location.

Comfortable. Clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent staff. Well located, downtown, 24-hour supermarket nearby (Lopes), very close to Itapevi station. The surrounding area seems safe. It's a shame they only have Skol and Itaipava beer. Haha. Congratulations.
