Pousada Carumbé

We absolutely loved Carumbé! ❤️ It was a wonderful surprise. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and transmits a peace that we needed. Everything was very well cared for, and the service was marvelous. We had a wonderful few days, and we left already wanting to go back. Definitely one of those guesthouses that you visit and are eager to recommend. We loved it!

Those were days of great rest.... the perfect environment, I felt close to nature... a place that brought me so much peace!!! I need to highlight the exceptional politeness of the staff: Rafael and Samuel!!! I found beautiful the care that Rafael has for what he does and especially for the owner of the Pousada... to whom he offered many compliments and showed gratitude!!! Congratulations....

The inn is beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness and service left a little to be desired. It needs some maintenance. I didn't like the restaurant; of everything I ordered, only a cocktail pleased me, the food wasn't good.

I highly recommend it, it was very good. The food, the accommodation, the service. We'll be back! 😘

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful experience! The inn is simply beautiful, very well maintained, and even more beautiful in person. Everything is very organized, complete, and cozy. The atmosphere is peaceful, pleasant, and super welcoming, perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy their stay. The location is also great, making it very easy to enjoy the region. It was a very positive surprise, I would definitely return! 🥰

The inn has some very positive points. The contact with nature is excellent, the landscaping is very beautiful, and the heated pool is a unique feature that provides a very pleasant experience. I also really enjoyed the live music in the restaurant on weekend nights, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. The daily rate includes lunch, while dinner and drinks are charged separately, à la carte. On the other hand, we had some points that I consider important. The main one was the noise during the early morning hours. On one of the nights, there was a lot of noise coming from another room, including the frequent use of the jacuzzi and loud conversations, approximately between 1 am and 3 am. For an inn that aims to provide rest and tranquility, I believe this is an aspect that deserves special attention. Furthermore, the inn does not have a 24-hour reception, which makes communication and immediate resolution of situations like this difficult during the early morning hours. Regarding the room, I purposely chose the simplest option in the inn, so I expected more basic accommodation. Still, I found the space quite cramped considering the price paid: approximately R$ 1,500.00 per night during the long weekend. At that price, I expected slightly more comfortable accommodation in terms of space. Furthermore, the lunch included in the daily rate could have a greater variety of salads. Overall, it's a beautiful inn, with a pleasant structure and plenty of contact with nature, but I believe that some adjustments, mainly regarding noise control at night, support for guests during the early morning hours, the comfort of the rooms, and the relationship between the space offered and the price charged, could significantly improve the guest experience.

Excellent experience! The inn is very well maintained and has a great location. Impeccable service, a peaceful atmosphere, and delicious breakfast and lunch. Everything was perfect for relaxing and enjoying Serra do Cipó. We will definitely be back!
