The massage was good, but what I didn't like was that the saunas were shared, meaning other people could go in and out. The same went for the bathrooms; the changing area didn't have a lock, so both men and women could use it. There was no privacy.
Excellent place to relax here in Iquique, excellent service and professional staff. 100% recommended
A deep tissue massage is the best thing in the world
First time going with my husband. We took advantage of a Valentine's Day special: a relaxing massage, deep facial cleansing, and foot reflexology. The place is very nice, clean, and tidy, with ambient music and very friendly staff. They have many services available to suit all tastes, including a café area. The three floors have waiting rooms on each floor where the staff will come to you to guide you through the service you've booked. My only complaint is that the facial cleansing was extremely painful (I cried and begged them to stop). My skin felt so damaged, sore, and irritated that it completely ruined the relaxation of the massage. It's been a week since my appointment, and my skin still feels sensitive. I do NOT recommend this service if you have sensitive skin like me, which is why I deducted a star 🥲. But the massages, relaxation, and other services are 100% recommended, and the service was 10 out of 10. I would definitely go back because it was a fantastic experience.
