A lovely, well-maintained hotel in a good location in San Pedro de Atacama. The rooms are typical of desert accommodations, but always clean and tidy. The exceptionally good breakfast deserves special mention, featuring freshly prepared omelets/scrambled eggs, sparkling wine, salmon, and everything else you could wish for. We stayed for four nights, and on three occasions we missed breakfast due to excursions/traveling. The friendly gentleman at reception spontaneously gave us a voucher for the hotel's own restaurant, "Agua Loca," for two main courses and two drinks on our last evening!

Starting with the location, the hotel is at the beginning of Caracoles Street, ideal for exploring the town of San Pedro. The hotel is beautiful, with many places to relax and socialize. There's shade, it's quiet, and the decor is wonderful. I went with my elderly parents, and it's a place that's easy for them to get around. The rooms have very comfortable beds, and the showers are easily accessible with excellent water pressure. The cleanliness was 10/10. We traveled in June 2026 and didn't try the pool because it's cold at this time of year, but it's lovely. The parking is very convenient and close to the rooms. The breakfast is an international buffet—delicious! I want to highlight the staff's attention to detail. The receptionists were fantastic; they gave us tips, waited for my parents on their anniversary with a small gift, and asked us every time if we needed anything. The cleaning staff and the restaurant servers were also wonderful! We felt very comfortable with everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Wow! What a perfect hotel! A divine room, with delicious blankets and pillows, a good shower, everything cozy. The atmosphere is a show in itself: great views, diverse spaces, an exceptional restaurant. And the service is very professional and welcoming! I highly recommend it!

Super well located! The rooms, breakfast, and facilities are great! I would only add a TV in the room so I could watch something and relax when I get back from sightseeing. Highly recommend!

We loved the hotel; the room is small but totally functional, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the environment is cozy and clean. The location, the unlimited water available in the accommodation, the spacious and well-decorated social area with musical performances on weekends, the early breakfast, and the availability of towels for outings were all great extras! Furthermore, the staff were all very attentive.

What a beautiful place, what welcoming people, I felt very welcome every day.

Stayed here for one night before catching our flight to Santiago the next day. The location is very convenient, surrounded by plenty of shops, tour agencies, and restaurants. There’s also an old piano in the courtyard that guests are welcome to play, which adds a nice charm to the place. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.
